Halloween is celebrated on 31 October.

*ghosts and spirits visit the living world on Halloween night*

There are many Halloween customs.

On the night of Halloween, a lot of people cut faces in pumpkins and put a candle inside. In the USA, these special lamps are called Jack O'Lanterns. The story of Jack O'Lantern is about man who dies but connot find heaven. He has walk through the nigth with only a candle in a pumpkin to show him the way.

On Halloween night children go from door to door and say: "Trick or treat??"

Some old tradition says, when on Halloween we wear ghost and witch costumes, we help the spirits come back to their world at the end of the night.
Telling scary stories and having parties on Halloween night is also a tradicion.

Murzasichle ;]

Murzasichle is a small village near Zakopane in Polish mountains. 
I was there from 19th to 22nd May 2008. This trip was wonedrful. I met lots of interesting and crazy people there. The weather was terrible but atmosphere was wery nice and friendly. I'd like to go and see this place once again. I'm pining for Murzasichle and my new friends ;*

A friendship :]

Friendship is the most important thing for people from all over the world. We have to take care of friendship because it's like a small tree. If we don't take care of this we'll lose it. The bonds of friendship are very thin and it's easy to break them.
A friend is a person who is always with us, who gives us support. Friends help us with overcoming difficult life situations.
I've got a lot of friends but very few of them are my real best friends. I know that they love me and they never leave me. We have overcome together a lot of trouble and difficult moments but we are always peaceful and composed. My best friends are Monika and Patt. I love them very much <3
I agree with this famous saying that "A friend in need is a friend indeed".

Reading... ;]

Reading is of crucial importance all over the world. People read for fun, to kill time or to perform their duties. Reading excites our imagination and broaden knowledge. By reading we become more sensitive, we look at life differently. Our adventure with reading started when we went to school. We learnt individual letters, words and in the end we can read entire sentences.

People in Poland unwillingly reach for books. In 2006 hardly 50% of Polish people read books.
Personally, I don't like reading books. I most often read magazines and newspapers :D
